We would like invite YOU to the Webinar on Practical Ethics in a Diverse ASEAN: New Challenges and Priorities For Action Jointly organised by the ASEAN University Network Secretariat, ASEAN Human Development Organisation, and the Association for International Human Rights Reporting Standards, the webinar is open to all who would like to learn more about applied ethics in various societal sectors of the ASEAN region.

Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is for professionals, social entrepreneurs, and thought leaders across different sectors:

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought to light many ethical issues in ASEAN, new and old. While its diversity has been a source of wealth in different perspectives, it has also proved challenging in building an ASEAN community that can find common ethical ground amidst its range of value systems and national differences. In this webinar, we seek to bring together people from various sectors in ASEAN to discuss and confront ethical challenges in regional contexts within the realm of business, education, and society.

Join us in this webinar as we bring speakers from academic sectors, youth organizations (AYO), and individual youths who have interests and contributions to areas relating to ethics within their societies at national and international levels. The webinar also aims to:

Identify ethics issues within the ASEAN region that are priorities for the region

Hội thảo trực tuyến về vấn đề đạọ đức thực tiễn trong ASEAN: “Thách thức mới và ưu tiên hành động”

Hội thảo sẽ diễn ra vào ngày 28 tháng 1 năm 2021 lúc 09:00 - 11:30 do Ban thư ký Hệ thống Đại học ASEAN, Hiệp hội Phát triển nguồn nhân lực ASEAN và Hiệp hội Chuẩn mực Báo cáo Nhân quyền Quốc tế phối hợp tổ chức. Với mong muốn mang đến những thông tin, kiến thức chung về vấn đề đạo đức ứng dụng trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau của khu vực ASEAN.

Hội thảo nhằm tập hợp mọi người từ các lĩnh vực khác nhau trong cộng đồng ASEAN, cùng tham gia thảo luận và trao đổi ý tưởng, giải pháp về các thách thức đạo đức trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, giáo dục và xã hội trong mạng lưới cộng đồng.

Hội thảo xoay quanh các nội dung:

- Xác định các vấn đề đạo đức trong khu vực ASEAN.
- Thảo luận và tư vấn về các hành động và sáng kiến ​​đề xuất.
- Kết nối và thống nhất hợp tác giữa các bên ASEAN và với Ban Thư ký ASEAN.
- Tận dụng mạng lưới các bên ASEAN để nghiên cứu và liên kết trong các hành động chung.
